The fourth incarnation Battkhortostan, created from the reunification of the Republic of Battkhortostan and the Battkhortostan RISSR following the Battkhortostan civil war. The day it was founded it involved itself in the third Kurwa succession crisis.

Battkhortostan's holdings are mostly contiguous with the exception of the overseas dependencies of The Commune and Solovki. The current headquarters of the Inner Party is located in Novobattkhortsk.

Battkhortostan is divided into a number of sub-national republics and autonomous states, each with their own administrator appointed by the Inner Party of the Battkhortostan NBP. They include:

Battkhortostan encourages blanda upp among its citizens, whites are in the minority (though make up the core of the Inner Party) and mixed Slavo-Kebab children are the norm.

Battkhortostan is a stronghold of cultural Marxism and Islam. Battkhorts have a propensity to horde jewgolds and do nothing with them. As a consequence they are often times the wealthiest nation on the server in pure liquid assets.

The Hymn of Butthurt is Battkhortostan's national anthem, written by Killer_Chris, current Primus inter pares of The Party.

Battkhortostan's honors include the Order of Butthurt, awarded to those exhibiting extreme butthurt.

Battkhortostanis are indoctrinated with the official state ideology at the Battkhortostan National Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Most Battkhortians worship Allax. Some Battkhortians follow the path of Dio Brando.

Each subdivision is overseen by an individual appointed by the inner party of the Battkhortostan National-Bolshevik Party. Battkhortostan is a single-party state and all dissent is brutally crushed.

Despite authoritarian rhetoric and totalitarian fetishism Battkhortostan has proven to be more democratic than both Kurwa and West Rhodes.

Strict communism has been abolished since the fall of the Second Republic, replaced with nationalistic and centrist visions of the economy. Battkhortians may now run businesses free from the restraints of the government. The communal storage has been confiscated by the Party as Battkhortostan's national strategic reserves. The Inner Party still practices resource sharing and holds a favorable view towards social programs and extending these resources to fellow Battkhorts should the demonstrate considerable need.

The treasury in Solovki holds Battkhortostan's vast material wealth.

Battkhortostan's #2 export is butthurt, behind the #1 export of iron. It is said the vaults of Battkhortostan hold upwards of 5000 iron bars.
