Gribigrad

Gribigrad (and by extension Battkhortostan II) was founded on September 22nd, 2011 by Killer_Chris and mazznoff, who arrived in the new land within an hour of its creation. He stumbled across a valley containing a loan gnarled tree, covered in vines atop a sharp peak, and fell to his knees in awe. This valley would later be named the Valley of Poljana and would attract further pilgrims to the site. Killer_Chris built a small dirt fort across a strait from the holy site, but would late return to build the new town.

Disputes with Coenstadt started immediately after construction. Coenstadt considered the grove to be sacred, and demanded Battkhortostan leave the area. Battkhortostan initially refused, but would later sell the land for 24 iron blocks after initially offering it for 64 iron blocks.

It is likely that Gribigrad will be refounded in a mushroom biome post-1.9
