The signatories of this pact agree to maintain peaceful relations between their respective nations.

Winterlyn agrees to:

1. Respect and observe the sovereignty and integrity of the settlements of the Republic of Ender including the boundaries of Altschwabenland.
2. Honor the embassies and trading posts belonging to the Republic of Ender.
3. Build or furnish an embassy in a plot of land provided by the Republic of Ender.
4. Cede the Stronghold facility known as “Højborgen” to the Republic of Ender.
5. Prevent future confiscation of property belonging to Enderians.
6. Settle disputes with Ender diplomatically.
7. Allow Enderians to establish institutions in Winterlyn in good will.

Badface agrees to:

1. Respect and observe the sovereignty and integrity of the settlements of the Republic of Ender including the boundaries of Altschwabenland.
2. Honor the embassies and trading posts belonging to the Republic of Ender.
3. Build or furnish an embassy in a plot of land provided by the Republic of Ender.
4. Prevent future confiscation of property belonging to Enderians.

The Eastern Commonwealth agrees to:

1. Respect and observe the sovereignty and integrity of the settlements of the Republic of Ender including the boundaries of Altschwabenland.
2. Cede the territory known as “Colony 7” to the jurisdiction of Feelisia.
3. Cede the territory and holdings of Kriegstein to the Republic of Ender.

The Republic of Ender agrees to:

1. Build or furnish an embassy in a plot of land provided by Winterlyn and Badface.
2. Allow Winterlynians to establish institutions in the Republic of Ender in good will.

The signatories of this treaty will follow the guidelines set out by the Treaty of Somerset Commission as outlined. Violations found not to be in good faith shall be seen as a breach of the agreement and the resulting armistice will be dissolved. In the event of breach of this treaty, the Republic of Ender shall enforce the terms. The armed forces of the Republic of Ender shall act as the agent of enforcement for this agreement. The authority of the Crown of the Commonwealth to rule the State shall be subject to the General of the Enderian Army, who will take steps as he deems proper to effectuate the terms of surrender. We hereby command all Commonwealth forces wherever situated by Commonwealth peoples to cease hostilities forthwith, to preserve and save from damage all infrastructure, and to comply with the requirements which may be imposed by the General of the Enderian Army or by agencies of the Commonwealth at his direction.
