A settlement made by Carluga, the slave good friend of Tomoko Kuroki.

• 06/28/2015 Established as a territory within Kriegstein. Carluga is made Duke. Territory renamed, formerly called South Tomokoland.
• 07/23/2015 Expanded territory as a result of Kriegstein’s War.
• 08/19/2015 Left Kriegstein.
• 09/06/2015 Joined the Eastern Commonwealth as an associated state.
• 09/22/2015 Construction of new city begins.

In late September 2015 Carluga decided to honor Autism and begin the solo construction of a huge new city consisting of most of the Duchy's territory. The as yet unnamed planned city will be divided into districts including an edgy Low district and a prettier High district.

By October 7th 2015 the city walls, aqueduct, and palace had been completed. Although the city still significantly lacks buildings with no houses being built in the High district. However, the amount of construction was enough for Carluga to declare the founding of the new city titled Orcath. Additionally the government relocated to the Sheogorath's palace, the duchy motif was dropped, and the flag was changed.

The land mostly consists of a deforested Savanna biome with a few plateaus. Rivers to the north-east and south form a natural border. The south-west area contains some large hills and an unfinished palace thing built by koinucian.
