The Royal North Kurwa Corporation Limited, also known as the Royal North Kurwa Trading Company (Spanish: Real Compañía Comercial Kurwa del Norte - German: Königliche Nordkurwa Handelsunternehmen) alternatively known as the North Kurwa Company, North Kurwa Trading and the Royal North Kurwa Co. ltd is a Nordkurwan limited company created by royal charter with the purpose of producing, manufacturing and trading goods in the Realm of AlphaBernd in 1.7.2.
The Royal North Kurwa Co. ltd aims to enter the manufacturing and trading markets of: wool, agriculture, timber, dyes and manufactured tools.
History
The Royal North Kurwa Co. ltd was founded the 7th of December, 2013 from Royal Charter by AlphaBernd, King of North Kurwa with the purpose of commerce in his new realm. The executive command of the company was granted to caBastard due to his expertise from his previous companies: The Mombasa Free Territory Co. ltd and the Tsavo Timber and Wool Company.
Structure
The Royal North Kurwa is a limited company, meaning that the liability of members or subscribers of the company is limited to what they have invested or guaranteed to the company. The company is currently privately owned by caBastard and Lord_Uxbridge. It's expected for the company to go public in a near future so that the company be limited by shares.
The Royal North Kurwa is an apolitical entity, as such it cannot partake in any possible way in political issues by third parties. The Company does however have the sole right to claim territories for its own destined to the constructions of settlements to sustain its production.
