DACU Company

The name 'DACU' stands as acronym for 'Demolition And Clean-Up', which summarizes exactly the company's project spectrum. It was founded by Midgardian overseers of the establishment of the street grid in Spawn City immediately after said undertaking had been completed.

DACU Company primarily offers a hand in removing abandoned projects to create space for new attempts. Except for Spawn City, where a set of rules allow for the tampering with strangers' buildings, only the owners of a ruin or their close friends (which has to be proven) may ask for destruction services.
In the case of a stranger's ruins, if clearly abandoned for at least half a year, clean-up services may be requested. In this case, the building will be either completed or encased by a secondary structure. This option does not create space for new projects but aims for an improved vista in the concerned area.
Occasionally, DACU Company may take up requests for assist with terraforming, landscaping or even creating public buildings. This depends entirely on its workload at any given time.

Exclusively in Alpha's Realm, DACU Company can be hired for any projects concerning demolition and cleaning.

Since the range of projects varies and will adapt according to the client's personal circumstances, payment too will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. DACU Company does not accept rate payments, but if the client wishes, the negotiated fee may be split in an advance and completion part.

The most direct way to hire DACU Company would be a note on this site's discussion page. Alternatively, a written note (either as Written Book or as Book and Quill) may be sent to Jinxauthor_Mel's mailbox in Spawn City's Post Office. Either method will receive an answer within a week if the sender includes their name and contact preferences. A third method is to place a sign on Spawn Plaza's message board; however in this case, a timely reply cannot be guaranteed.
