The Eastern Freehold or simple Badface, as it was called before is a nation in the north east of Alphas Realm. A former colony of Breshik, it is now an independent nation. With Breshik and Winterlyn, Badface form the Backbone of the Holy Danikian Commonwealth. Here a list of the various flags

The Nation's name “Badface” refer to the land its settlers live now. The old Badfacians died out long ago.

The vast and mostly untouched land of Badfacia was abandoned for almost a year since April '15. To acquire new virgin land for players to settle, Shakomatic and Austrobernd lay down the cornerstone of some houses, which will be later known as the Town of Badforest. Now currently littered with shitbuilds again.

Originally a subdivision of the Middle empire in the Commonwealth of Breshik, the colony expand and flourish quickly. After a proposal in the federal Council, it received a Commonwealth Mandate, making Badface and autonomous State of the Commonwealth, only to get independence from the Breshkian Kingdom.

On the 31st December, Badface renamed itself into the “Confederation of Badface/Badfacia”. It also announed its annextion of the Duchy of united Sorras. Shortly afterwards the Nation was disbanded and its inhabitants left the server.

On the 18th July, Austrobernd refounded the nation as “Eastern Freehold” and rejoined the newly etablished “Commonwealth of Greater Alpharealm” as leader of the Freehold and its Emperor.

The leader is the CEO of the commonwealth bank, the government has access to factories and connections to various yev-merchants. Theres also a slave-farm for food production.

Member of the Commonwealth, the Leader of Badface was for 2 terms its Kaiser. The State was one of the founding members of the formerly Confederation of Independent States. Now yet again co-founder of the newest incarnation of the Commonwealth. Austrobernd is also the vice king of winterlyn, ruling in the kings name in time of his absence and the leader of nautica, and Arch-Duke of the house of breshik, and was the general of the enderian armed forces.

The Natives who once lived in this land of “Bahdface” inhabitated caves around the southern tip of the badfacian mountains. Even though those people build many monuments and huge walls to long forgotten gods, no residential building were ever found. The last intact buildings of that era is the wood and glass pavillon near the badforest, and a small hut at some mountain summit. The Breshikan settlers now are the dominant culture in this realm, as seen in the capital and the inner counties. In the east, russians build a small village with a tower leading to a small upside-down island. In the mountains, there is a small brazil settlement. Other groups consist out of madiconners and the caerulians in sorra.

There is a conscription law, and 90% of the Commonwealth Arsenal are Badfacian origin. The government issued one of the highest Awards inside the HDC, the “Grand Star of Badface”.

Territories who joined the Freehold are allowed to carry their titles, although their status are even with those of the viscounts. The leader of the Freehold carries the title of Count. His territory is granted the title of county respectively.
