Battkhortostan-Ender Nonaggression Pact

The signatories of this pact agree to maintain peaceful relations between their respective nations.

The Kingdom of Battkhortostan agrees to:

• Refrain from entering into hostile (violent) relations with The United Settlements of Ender.
• Honor the sovereignty of embassies and trading outposts in the territory of Battkhortostan belonging to the United Settlements of Ender.
• Guarantee the sovereignty and integrity of the individual settlements of the United Settlements of Ender.
• Build an embassy in a settlement of the United Settlements of Ender, chosen by the leadership.

United Settlements of Ender agrees to:

• Refrain from entering into hostile (violent) relations with Battkhortostan.
• Honor the sovereignty of embassies and trading outposts in the territory of United Settlements of Ender belonging to Battkhortostan.
• Refrain from entering into agreements with the North Oceanian Treaty Organization which restrict its sovereignty or obligate it to defend its member nations.
• Build an embassy in Al-Iskandariya approximating the native style.
