Attempting to reason with the leadership of the Commonwealth has been fruitless and proved to be a waste of time.
It is clear that the leadership of the Commonwealth, specifically Breshik and New-Badfacia are both inept and incapable of participating in the international community. The Eastern Commonwealth has repeatedly violated the terms defined by the Treaty of Somerset by continuing not to observe the borders of Altschwabenland and Kriegstein, showing no intention of changing its ways. As the Eastern Commonwealth has failed to meet its obligations, the Republic of Ender sees no reason to practice the protections defined in the agrement.

Based upon the evidence provided By Hinoarashi as to the extent of the border no-entrance zone at the time of the Ascension of Altschwabenland to the ender republic, We find that there is no possible way that the ender could lay claim to the western region beyond the river because Glo would never have had the ability to actually go there and claim it. Breshik and the Commonwealth have been given their chances to respect the Treaty of Somerset and repeatedly refused to listen to reason. We have no idea what the leadership is expecting to accomplish by waving its hands around, but they are not keeping their end of the bargain for us not to pursue the war goals further. The Republic of Ender shall no longer observe the protections defined by the Treaty of Somerset as the Commonwealth is in direct violation.
The Republic of Battkhortostan declares war on the Eastern Commonwealth, specifically the nations of Breshik and New-Badfacia for violating the Treaty of Somerset and failing to recognize the borders of Altschwabenland and Kriegstein as defined in the aforementioned agreement.
