We will be honoring our pact with Finngolia, Mongolia will join Finngolia in an official state of war with Breshik/NOTO. This is legal due to the pact we've signed, in which we've pledged to defend Finngolia against aggression and vice-versa.

Due to the illegal appropriation of wissendorf by Venomthrope, the Breshikans along with a small contingent from Cebulandia Moved on the Isle of Wissendorf in order to remove said property from the personal holding of Venomthrope and restore its status as a duchy under Ivanidiot. Nowhere on the wiki is it ever stated that Wissendorf is a part of fingolia, nor does it ever state its exact status to venomthrope except him being the leader. No treaties of alliance nor any other form of connection is present. The NOTO Peacekeeping force appropriated the territory which venomthrope illegally seized and restored it to its true owner, Ivanidiot. If Fingolia attempts any hostilities, it will have no justification other than to prop up an illegal dictator, for it is in no way fingolian territory or a fingolian ally.

You are trying to force this into a gray area and I don't think it will work for you. If Wissendorf is not a national settlement, then it must be an independent settlement, and independent settlements are immune to politics. Venomthrope should then be able to treat the situation as he sees fit, including ignoring it completely, or possibly banning you for illegal PvP/aggressive political actions on a non-political settlement or innocent player. This is of course if venomthrope is the current legitimate representative of Wissendorf, so I suppose the question of who currently represents Wissendorf needs to be answered, it seems that it has been under venomthrope's stewardship since Ivanidiot abandoned the settlement.

I once endorsed the construction of the original Wissendorf and yes, it did belong to venomthrope. Ivanidiot was too incompetent to do shit, so venomthrope finished Wissendorf and gained ownership over it. At any best, the Wissendorf trade mark belongs to venomthrope. Either way, what Sikandar says its true. Stop giving your satellites apolitical status so they don't get screwed over, but treat them as if they were full political settlements. — caBastard 2013/03/30 07:34
