Topa is an Independent port-Republic (formerly kingdom) That was created and is currently run by president Mrdesa. Though technically should not be considered a country because of its low population, Mrdesa is Murrikan and does what he wants anyway.
History
Formation
Topa used to be the port district of Oymyakon, however with the Banning of KerezTanya Mrdesa turned Topa into an independant Kingdom and later Republic that is separate of Oymyakon (Frostbite).
Geography
A glorious port-republic with a touch of both normal and snow biomes it is the best place to be.
Laws
Building Codes Boats may be made by anyone at any time without permission from Mrdesa, however structures on land must be approved by Mrdesa.
Economy
Topa thrives on trade and mining as their main economy.
