After some banned faggot spanned the server IP on 4chan's /v/ board, the soon to be co-leader of The Peoples Republic of Wildedale joined the server. Wishing to avoid living as if he was in a singleplayer world with neighbors, and recognizing his own inability to build anything attractive, he asked if anybody would be willing to start a “glorious communistic utopia” with him. Soon, Koentinius volunteered, despite Kyler's warnings that sharing a bed may or may not be involved.

founding/time period

The People's Republic of Wildedales first attempts at formation began on August 23, 2011, though it did not receive it's official name until several days later.

major event/time period

Originally, Wildedale was hidden beneath a lake on the outskirts of Perkelle, and consisted of a mineshaft, a underground tree farm, an automatic mushroom farm, a small wheat farm, and a shared bedroom. Unfortunately, within 24 hours of Wildedale getting it's first grips on this new world, Koentinius was believed to be guilty of griefing, and every block he edited was rolled back, effectively destroying what was to be Kyler and Koentinius's new home. The following day, Kyler vouched for Koentinius as he did not believe Koentinius would knowingly or maliciously grief. He was subsequently unbanned.

The following day, Kyler, unsure of what to do with the loss of his partner aimlessly wandered considering trying to start up a community in the hopes of drawing more citizens in. After growing frustrated with being unable to find any unsettled or unclaimed land, he requested that a moderator teleport him far from any known cities. This resulted in Wildedale being several days travel from spawn. Kyler quickly found a natural cave, and decided to start his new civilization underground. Mere hours after establishing a perimeter, Koentinius returned. Kyler quickly explained what had happened to their lost home, and gave him directions to the new one. A while after, Koentinius arrived at their new home. He quickly began renovations, and turned the natural cave formation that Kyler had been scraping by in to a home in which the duo could, and eventually would, thrive.

Over the next few days Kyler and Koentinius labored for hours, reestablishing underground tree farms, wheat farms, mine shafts, and more. It was during this period that Wildedale gained its official name. As the underground became more expansive, the two decided that moving to the surface would be the best course of action. Currently, the surface has a small town that is expanding every day.

The surrounding landscape of Wildedale remains largely unexplored, but contains both deserts and woods, which gives the town ideal weather and beautiful nature.

Within the settlement itself exists a town hall, a public mine shaft, ample land for any citizens to freely build, a Morrocan district, a watchtower with a nether portal linking Wildedale with the rest of the world, and the founders estate atop a hill on the outskirts. There also is an Arena for the entertainment of the citizens. There's a Durga temple for the worship of the God(s) of your choice.

When danger looms, the citizens can retreat in the citadel, with an excellent view of the settlement and its surroundings.

Originally, Wildedale was intended to be a community without private property. However, realizing that some may wish the seclusion from other settlements, and relative removal from the servers politics, it now appears that citizens will be allowed to do whatever they wish with their belongings, be it sharing with the group or keeping what they have for themselves. Koentinius and Kyler, however, still continue to keep all their belongings in joint chests that either one can access at any time.

The mines beneath Wildedale have also been found to contain copious amounts of iron, and a fair amount of other minerals, some of which are used for trading for other materials.

Kyler has repeatedly challenged Taibei's Dustremover to war, though he has always refused. Kyler still maintains that Dustremover is an insufferable faggot to this day. Furthermore, Dustremover has threatened to grief Wildedale on several occasions, but has not followed through as of yet. He does, however, often vandalize this article. (editor's note, this line was created in 2011, DustRemover never made an edit to this page until 2020.)

Wildedale temporarily joined The Valinor Pact, but left it shortly after due to Shakomatic joining the AN. Today they stand as an observing nation of the pact.

Wildedale has signed a non-aggression pact with Battkhortostan in the interests of Socialist solidarity.

The town is jointly lead by both Koentinius and Kyler, though they generally allow any visitors or citizens to do as they please.

Wildedale is a small community that, while not rapidly expanding, continues to gain residents at an acceptable rate.
