By signing this pact, the Battkhortostan RISSR and the People's Republic of Wildedale in the interests of socialist solidarity agree to:

1. Not engage in wars, battles, or raids amongst themselves or any of their successor states.
2. Not support any campaigns, interventions, or sanctions in any international organization either may take part in. This includes voting against and vetoing any such movements directed against either nation by these organizations.
3. Not provide advice or material aid for any power at war with either nation.

This pact is viable for twenty (20) days from September 11th to September 30th at which point it may be renewed or annulled. Should either nation break this pact before this time they will face appropriate punishment from AlphaBernd.
