Assuming Kovio Khan will keep getting banned for what he does, any unban of Kovio shall be registered in this page, and the condemnation be recorded as well.
1st
On July 6, 2012, Tangaloa will unban Kovio. Caveat Lusor:
- Will hand the stolen loot to Tangaloa
- Will not go after Buddel

Banned by FlakeSe on July 7 for griefing spawn enchantment table on the first of july, unbanned 10 min later on the condition that he replaces the table
