Ban Cheat Users in Battles

Since acts of cheating during battles have actually been observed and proven, this bill should protect those who play without cheating, especially in situations where fair play is necessary. Thus, I propose to ban all players who have been caught using Nodus or other related clients and hacks, regardless of the situation the cheats were used in, from any official battles for a month. Repeated use, or using such cheats in a battle, can lead to a permaban from any official battle. Other punishments, like general bans from the server, would not be directly affected by this, since not everything hacked clients have to offer is malicious.

Should known cheaters be banned from the participation in official battles?
