-In late September 2015 Grand-Duke Carluga decided to honor Autism and begin the solo construction of a huge new city consisting of most of the Duchy's territory. The as yet unnamed planned city will be divided into districts including a slummy Low district and a prettier High district. For building specifics Grand-Duke Carluga is using the advanced design technique of make-it-up-as-you-go-along. Once/if the city is ever completed, the Duchy may be overhauled politically and visually with a new flag and possibly a new name. These plans may change.
