===== Creation of the international day in honor of Rick May =====

I would like the privilege of the attention of the members of the Shura Council regarding something dear to me and probably to many of those who will read these lines.

On April 8th, 2020 died a person well known in the gaming world: I speak of Rick May, voice-actor of the Soldier from Team Fortress 2.

Well, I think that, since we are all gamers and at some point in life we have played Team Fortress 2, it would be a nice gesture to honor his memory by setting up an event every 8th ofApril (a bit like the anniversary of the server).

Also, honors should be done to the giant statue with the features of the Soldier that was promptly built by DaFunMan a few days after the death of the late voice actor.

Consequently, if DaFunMan will please, I would like to make the entire island international territory and the construction of a nether portal for the railway on the aforementioned so as to make it easier for everyone to reach the place.
