====== Adjustments to nation purges and members inactivity time. ======


This proposal deals with time settings to purge nations and members by the clan plugin. To adjust to current server's population patterns and to not harm nation autism, I would like to propose a slightly increase in purge times. 

Before the 1.16 update, a nation would be purged after 40 days of inactivity. A player would also be removed from an active clan after 40 days, meaning nation leaders had to constantly re-add players when they returned after a long period of absence. After the 1.16 update, the clan configuration file appears to have been reset -as feliin struggled to configure the chat settings again-, reverting to the __extremely low default values__ : 30 days to remove an absent member, __and only 7 days to purge an inactive nation__.

Therefore, the proposal is not to only increase current limits, but also increase them when compared to pre-1.16 configurations, when the server had a much bigger userbase:

  * Nation Purge - Would happen only after 70 days of nation inactivity. A 30 days increase over pre-1.16 update. **DENIED - nations are meant to be active. If your nation is inactive, it is dissolved. It is an abuse of the mechanism. Just like in alpha's realm.** 
Clarification: So we will keep the current 7 days purge or the 40 days purge like it was before the update?

  * Member Purge - Would not happen, a member should never be expelled from its nation. A member is never removed by inactivity from its nation on the wiki, nor when considering his ingame property. The plugin should reflect this policy. **DENIED - The wiki lists historical members, if a player isn't active, he is purged. Just like in alpha's realm.** 
Clarification: So we will keep the current 30 days purge, or the 40 days purge like it was before the update?

  * Unverified Clan Purge - Would not happen. An unverified clan grants no privilege for its members, its solely a roleplay feature. An unverified clan should never be purged, as it harms its ability to grow into a nation. Current unverified clan purges happen in __only 2 days!__ (default config) For example, Empire of Pain, was deleted just after 3 days of MrNeuling inactivity.
