The newspaper is published monthly on the 1st¹⁾ at some time (CEST) in the Midgard Municipality New Spawn Book Store, which can be found on the corner plot of New Spawn's Oranji Corner. Each issue costs 1 leather and 1 ink sac, and can be copied freely by anyone.

• This player set out and managed to compile the first Netherrail Map for the Alpha Realm Nether. The conditions as of December 1st, 2015 can be viewed on the Transit page.
• Writing, editing and publishing the first newspaper in the server history.

• Post Box (following a discussion about useless buildings at New Spawn²⁾, finished on July 18th 2015)
• Mall Annex on New Spawn³⁾ (following a request of Speaker BearMonger of the Republic of Ender, finished on July 24th 2015)
• Royal Road through Royaume du Kriegstein (in cooperation with Duke Carluga of the Duchy of Orcaella⁴⁾, finished on July 25th 2015)
• IMAX Cinema in the New Spawn⁵⁾ Mall Annex (following a suggestion from Supreme Technocrat Tomoko of the Aresean Technocratic Republic⁶⁾, finished on August 21st 2015)
• United Book Store in New Spawn⁷⁾ Marketplace (meant for every player to sell written books, finished on August 29th 2015)
• Compilation and Upkeep of the First Map of Alpha Realm's Nether Rail System (started on October 10th)
• NEAR Transports Nether Rail System (last extended on November 20th 2015)
• Midgard Municipality Book Store on New Spawn (created primarily for distribution of the MARNIE newspaper, finished on November 27th 2015)
• Elevation of the Headbump Bridge on New Spawn (following a request from Duke June of the United Duchy of the Two Sorras, finished on December 2nd 2015)
