The newspaper is being published on Mondays at some time (CEST) and can be bought every Tuesday at the latest, in the Midgard Municipality New Spawn Book Store, which can be found on the corner plot of New Spawn's Oranji Corner. Each issue costs 1 leather and 1 ink sac, and can be copied freely by anyone.
