Members:

The signatories of this pact agree and are obligated to aid in defending one another on the condition that they are attacked and are not the aggressor nation.

The Kingdom of Battkhortostan agrees to:

• Refrain from entering into hostile (violent) relations with other signatories.
• Provide material and military aid to other signatories in times of war, on the condition that the signatory is not the aggressor in war.
• Honor the sovereignty of embassies and trading outposts in the territory of Battkhortostan belonging to other signatories.
• Build an embassy in a location chosen by the leadership of the signatory nations.

The Kriegstein Consulate agrees to:

• Refrain from entering into hostile (violent) relations with other signatories.
• Provide material and military aid to other signatories in times of war, on the condition that the signatory is not the aggressor in war.
• Honor the sovereignty of embassies and trading outposts in the territory of Kriegstein belonging to other signatories.
• Build an embassy in a location chosen by the leadership of each signatory nation.

The Aurian Reich agrees to:

• Refrain from entering into hostile (violent) relations with other signatories.
• Provide material and military aid to other signatories in times of war, on the condition that the signatory is not the aggressor in war.
• Honor the sovereignty of embassies and trading outposts in the territory of Auri belonging to other signatories.
• Build an embassy in a location chosen by the leadership of each signatory nation.

This pact will remain in effect for 30 days upon signing, enforced by the Staff. At the end of this period, the treaty may be renewed, revised, or annulled.
