Commonwealth-Aresean Non-Agression Pact **(DRAFT)**

This agreement goes into effect once both parties have signed it.

Parties:
- The Commonwealth (nation)
- Aresean Technocratic Republic (nation)

Provisions:

i. The Eastern Commonwealth agrees to not interfere directly in Aresea, COM agrees not to:

• Colonize Land within the Aresean sphere of influence (Specified in map below).
• Have COM member states settle land in the Aresean sphere of influence
• Promote or subsidize terrorism/independence movements.
• Sanction Aresea or it's member states
• War any settlement/nation in the Aresean Sphere of Influence
• Invade or Declare war on Aresea in any direct or indirect way

ii. The Aresean Technocratic Republic agrees to not interfere directly in COM affairs, Aresea agrees not to:

• Colonize land or Build settlements 100 blocks near any COM nation
• Directly Manipulating Affairs within the COM
• Promote or subsidize terrorism/independence movements.
• War any settlement/nation within the COM
• Invade or Declare war on the COM in any direct or indirect way

iii. The above mentioned Provisions are directed at state officials and are non-applicable to individuals who are not in government, or mercenaries.

iv. Violation of any provision will lead to a fine of 50 diamonds for each provision violated.

v. Both parties agree if a provision is violated, a political officer will be able to enforce punishment if the fine is not paid. This includes individual bans for leaders up to but not over a week long.

vi. This treaty may be dissolved if both Leaders of the COM and Aresea agree on it.
