Connect the DeathofMe enclave to Slavia!

He was playing only several days almost fucking 2 years ago or something like that, and his useless chests are just near the Slavnograd walls. If it is crucial, his items can be saved in specially dedicated place, I do not want any of them. And after all, even if he will return, he won't have any space to even build his house except this his small field.

Obviously as a creator of this proposal I'm totally supporting it. - Rick

One of the main principles of the server is that someone would be able to follow all of our rules and have his own settlement, without it being taken or griefed. The passage of time, or its proximity to other settlements is irrelevant. TheDeathOfMe wasn't trying to purposefully deny the unity of Slavia, he has simply built in a place he could build in. Allowing “enclaves” to be taken over is no different than allowing abandoned settlements to be taken over, something I personally strive to prevent in this map, even if it happened in previous maps. If players want to claim abandoned illegal builds made in their own territory (whose borders were claimed before the construction of these builds and in the case of national territory, remained valid) they can do so. In this case I do not grant special status to an illegal settlement, I simply preserve a player's right to his build, whomever that player may be. Whomever the objector may be. If TheDeathOfMe never shows then the enclave will never cease being. If he shows and objects to the incorporation, the enclave will remain. Only with his assent, may you take over the enclave. Allowing this proposal will cause more than damage to TheDeathOfMe (which is only his to judge), the damage is in choking creativity. It goes against the server to decide to reorder legal settlements/builds and it will serve as a bad precedent and testament of the Staff's modus operandi. DENIED. - Salah
