=== The Foundation ===
On February 17th of 2022, frustrated by [[battles:gribostani-slavian_wars|war]] in [[nations:gribostan|Gribostan]], Runaway_Zombie, with new server member Nukecraft, went off into the far southern wilderness in hopes of finding a new beginning, which they soon did. With the help of Midriatic and one other person (Anonymous), they began to create Polistan.

===== Geography =====
[[settlements:polistan|Polistan]] is located by the jungle, with its capital (Burnham) on a bamboo island. In Northern Old Polistan, there lies a desert, a bit of jungle with a temple, and some icy waters off its eastern shoreline.

=== Subdivisions ===
Currently, Polistan is made up of two states, those being 'North Old Polistan' and 'Burnham'. Polistan does however look to expand into the surrounding areas.

===== Politics =====
As Polistan is currently at work building its Government, there are certain disputes about what form of government, economic system, and who to be their leader.

===== Economy =====
With much of Polistan residing in 1.18 terrain, there are plenty of wonderful caves below it, full of yet untapped riches.

Since Polistan is welcoming of people from different origins, there is a vibrant diversity of people and builds there.
