The United Syndicalist Republics

An expedition led by Comrade Powell set off from the city of Kovanje. After a brief ship ride they made it to Soviet Island to gather materials for the long journey. This island is still claimed by the Powell led government, even though there is no longer any structures on the island.

Departing from the Island, the expedition crossed many mountains, hiked many deserts, fared many seas before reaching the land proclaimed as Lankar.

Around 21:00 on November 4th, Kovio of the Katten Bay Company came over to vist the USR. What resulted was some play fighting without any problems. FireSeeker, a citizen of Breshik, vassal to the Khan, came to the conclusion that it was some sort of server conspiracy. In his fragile little mind, Kovio was some sort of evil demon roaming the lands killing as he willed. He then renounced being a vassal of the KK (even though he held absolutely no power in Breshik, in fact most people have never even heard of him) and began spamming Powell with messages of how they needed to unite against Kovio. FireSeeker also demonstrated he has no fucking idea what the hell he is talking about in regards to server politics:

Powell, annoyed with the SECRET ALPHA BASE spams he received from FireSeeker, decided to help Kovio in reeling in his legal and rightful vassal. Powell, accompanied by Jamison and OMFG_Kitties arrived in Breshik. FireSeeker, paranoid as he was about the secret conspiracy to destroy him spent around 30 minutes asking about the mystery figures before inviting Powell to his secret lair (the ALPHA BASE (?) can be found by going down the well in the city center and taking the minecart ride all the way down. It also contains his bed.). FireSeeker found that it was time to put his moves on Powell

Kovio came at the most opportune time, killing Jamison as a part of a distraction. Powell lept into action and attacked FireSeeker before he ran and logged off like a pussy.

A sacking of THE ALPHA BASE was in order to remind him who he was vassal to, but before that Tangaloa ran in and started waving the ban hammer around. Attempts were made to explain the situation, but Tangaloa went and perma banned Kovio (reason still unknown) and banned Powell (reason still unknown, the real victim here).

Kovio was unbanned and Powell waited until his ban was over.

Go into the limbo railway system ( /spawn int_nether ) and take a minecart to Kovanje, first line on the left. Take it to the end but do not go through the portal. Stay in limbo and follow the torches until you get to the portal. That will take you to the city square of the Lankar Commune.

Not as quick as using the rail, but highways connect all points of interest.

Also known as 'The Underground'. The system runs under the highways connecting the various S.R. of the United Syndicalist Republics.

The United Syndicalist Republics is a group of semi-autonomous Syndicalist Republics, made up of communes. The capital, Lankar, is located in the Syndicalist Republic of the same name. It is the home for the Railworker's Union and the Mineworker's Union. The government is controlled by the Congress of Unions, made up by all official government endorsed unions in the system of Soviet Republics. To join the Congress of Unions as a union, the union head must submit an application to the Congress of Unions and have it approved to a majority vote.

Currently only the Lankar S.R. has the power to send delegates to the Congress of Unions. The Viet S.R. is under construction, and as per UMSR rules, once it has a union-endorsed structure it is organized enough to send delegates. There is a max of one delegeate per union per commune. The current Congress of Unions is led by Comrade Powell of the Railworker's Union.

Passed on 11/4/2012. Changed the flag system where each S.R. has its own flag with an international flag representing us.

Comrade Powell opened the resolution up on October 31st amid concerns that the nation would be confused with the Soviet Republic, a vassal of the Katten Bay Company. The most popular suggestion is to rename to the United Syndicalist Republics (USR).

The resolution passed unanimously on 11/4/2012.

Passed. Honorary Citizens hold all of the same rights and responsibilities of regular citizens.

As a syndicalist union of S.R., the government is controlled by a Congress of Unions. Representatives of the unions vote on decisions and elect the Comrade. Unions are recognized after submitting an application and receiving a majority vote accepting them into the framework of the USR.

The largest union, located in the Lankar Commune, Lankar S.R. Has a building outside of the city square.

Current goal is to connect the Lankar Commune with the outside world.
