The Holy Breshikan Empire was the namesake successor to the Breshikan Empire. Though unlike the singular totalitarian state of the 12th Brehsik Imperial Kingdom, the H.B.E. was a confederation of allied nations, each of which maintain full sovereignty to act independently from each other. These nations however have sworn an oath of Holy Fidelity to their union to preserve the Faith and Virtue of those that would be tread upon by STRONG barbarians and abominations. The H.B.E. was directly inspired by an earlier attempt to form an alliance by the Breshikans known as the Valinor Pact.

The Empire was founded by the Knights of the Avencian Sword Brotherhood (formerly the Knights of Behalta, and the Holy crown of Breshik) in the principle stronghold, along with the Government of the Kriegstein Consortuim, and the failing Imperial bureaucracy of the Old Breshikan Empire which was seated in the Kingdom of Avence.

The H.B.E. holds Nova Avence as its capital, and currently uses Kurwa Mons as its meeting-hall.

The austere, but quietly hopeful Ceremony named those that would lead this newly conceived Power. From the three Central realms the Leaders of The Holy Empire were named, each taking a specific role in The Empire's Administration and Ambition.

• Shakomatic, Ruler of Kurwo-Avence, was appointed as Head, to see into the distance, to know the world, and merit The Empire by Insight and Vision.
• Sidmarcus, Chief of the Kreigstein Consortium, was to become The Empire's Voice, to speak Wisdom and Guide the Empire in Fairness.
• P_P_A, Arch-Duke of Nieuw Walschor was to become The Empire's Arms; each enrolled to a singular task. One was given to Rend the Vile, and another to Create with Purity.

After a time where the Empire was ruled soley by the Triumvirate and memberstate shrunk to insignificance, it was decided by the Emperor to draft a constitution so that the Empire might find unity in common law. The Constitution established the Imperial Diet as the main decision making body of the Empire. In order fo the Diet to Hold session quorum must be 2/3 representation of all member states. The three founding states of the Empire all hold veto powers in the Diet. The three founding states each hold a secific task of governing the Empire to their own, as expressed above.

On the 27th of November the first official meeting of the Imperial council was held. Representatives of the Toran Free State were present in order to join the Empire. The final remaingin kurwans v1admire and Rosenman agreed to join the empire as the legacy of kurwa some days later.

At noon on the 24th of January, Killer_Chris was excommunicated by the Patriarch of the House of Breshik. Just three days later, Shakomatic Declared the merger of the Knights, Avence and Kurwa into the Kurwo-Avencian Empire.

While the purpose and function of The Holy Empire was easily resolved, the symbology is yet undeclared. The following represent some of the proposed and more popular choices.

The Kiasers Flag is to be used in all diplomatic missions. Ingame the Imperial Standard is represented by a solid green flag.

The Armed Forces Standarsd is Flown at battles and over all Fortresses. During times of War this standard is commonly seen flown. Ingame the Military Standard is represented by a solid green flag.

The Empire has relatively good relations with all known nations in the realm. The Empire recently worked out a deal with the Grundeswald Corporation, facilitating an official end of the Mongol Wars.
