The Rhodesians attacked the Walschorer colony of Madeuwe, and after a long battle, and through the employ of sneaky tactics, managed to overcome its defences and crush the resistance.

The people of New Walschor had declared independence from the Rhodesian Confederation, unlawfully as per its rules. Lord Cabst, rallying his Mongol allies, vowed to crush the rebellion; while Kriegstein heeded their long-time ally New Walschor's call to arms. Rhodesian fleets landed on Exile Island, a harbour granted to them readily by New Finngolia, long at odds with their Walschorer neighbours, to invade Madeuwe, the corn chamber of the Walschorer colonies.

The inhabitants of the East Florinian Walschorer islands Madeuwe and Jazeer al-Kafr saw the troops amassing at the frontier to New Finngolia, and hurried to construct rudimentary defences. Blockhouses were built, obstacles and barbed wires scattered around the beaches and plains, and into the mountain were hewn stables and quarters; though the want of time and strategy would render many of these defences worthless. On Exile Island, meanwhile, the Rhodesians and their allies likewise fortified their position, occupying the island's lighthouse, and creating a secret underwater base based on intelligence and plans their spies had retrieved from Nieuw Walschor.

Both sides were aware of each other's secrets, but the Bremian spies outclassed the Onionlanders'. Areteee autistically snuck around Madeuwe for hours, tracking the Walschorer allies' movements on the island, and at last located their secret hideout. Prior to the battle, he dug a tunnel leading right into the innermost of their barracks, crucial to their defeat; while the intelligence gathered by Enton was fragmentary and not capitalised upon.

At last, soon after eight o'clock, both sides had assembled, enthusiastic about the upcoming battle; but unbeknown to the Walschorer side, the outcome had already been decided.

The Walschorer army was ill-prepared, and their strategy collapsed the moment they left their base. The blockhouses were unmanned, the battle plan was forgotten, and any semblance of a formation was soon dissolved. But worse, their momentum was robbed by the fact that their enemies had not, as expected, taken the offence. An argument ensued between the two leaders, Cabst and P.P.A., over who was meant to invade whom. This delay in contact allowed Mongol forces to go collect their late comers. Eventually the Rhodesians and their allies left their positions, and crossed the strait between Exile Island and Madeuwe.

They met Nieuw Walschor's disoriented army unprepared. The Walschorer horses succeeding in causing havoc at the very beginning, but they were felled one after the other, and within minutes they all lay dead, leaving the scattered soldiers—many of them fresh recruits—to fight on foot against battle-hardened veterans. With Ghoul and several other players charging in like a god in his youth, the Rhodesians were able to overcome their disadvantage due to the necessary river crossing to get to the other island. Nonetheless, Nieuw Walschor's troops were able to stop many advances by the Rhodesians, thanks also to able fighters like Quorthon (unknown before this event)and Kriegstein's Fogel and Sidmarcus01. Rogue nemo summoned a waterstream from a secret pathway in the sky, climbed the enemy lighthouse and started flooding the interior, but Nieuw Walschor's disorganised troops were unable to capitalise on this, and kept getting bogged down in skirmishes of little significance.

Kim Jong Bat heard the plight of his allies in the face of imperialism and authorized General Secretary Bul Go Gi to deploy the prototype intercontinental ballistic missile, Taepodong from headquarters. The ICBM struck the island with mostly collateral damage before spiraling out of control into the Sea of Florina. The operation was mostly held as a huge success as the weapons system managed to deliver its payload, although they did not have much control. The Ender Republic soon after issued a condemnation of the North Enderian missile launch and stated this incident was unacceptable to the people of Oceania.

Taepodong wreaked havoc, killed the remaining Walschorer horses, destroyed the returning Mongol's attempt at an ambush, and laid the landscape to waste. The Walschorer ranks were scattered, many devoured by the explosions, allowing the Rhodesians to break through and to gain a foothold on the island. With many pushing forward and intercepting the Walschorer reinforcements while securing the resources they lost upon death it seemed this battle was all but decided. But Walschor successfully counterattacked, drove them back to Exile Island, and indeed besieged the ruins of their stronghold—wrecked by a second Wither summoned by Cabst to try and halt the Walschorer. But while they often forced the Rhodesians into a corner, they lacked the cohesion to crush them decisively, while the Rhodesian regrouped and prepared for a counter-counteroffence.

Areteee, meanwhile, had infiltrated the Walschorer barracks invisible, evading even the eyes of the dutiful gatekeeper Selphos, who dutifully closed the secret entrance every time a respawned warrior headed back out into the fight. He passed an opportune moment and entered the core of the structure to break all the Walschorer beds. Soon, most of the army found itself at the spawn, confused how this could happen, as there had been no breach of their fortress.

Only a few brave souls kept the banner aloft. For want of space in the barracks, some of the fighters had put their beds elsewhere, and were thus able to continue respawning, though they now faced a numerically superior enemy, who could regroup from the safety of an impenetrable underground base. Termocaos, though his bed was destroyed, defied death for long time, sniping enemies with his bow, and allowing the fierce and unyielding butthurt Salah to return from the battlefield from his home on the neighbouring island; but it was for naught, for the battle had already been decided. He battled bravely got killed from behind while being occupied with a hole in the sand and got even more butthurt, eventually retreating, and the Rhodesians claimed victory on a ravaged island littered with death chests and craters.

During the battle, there was friendly fire mostly because of the overuse of invisibility potions that made it difficult to recognize allied men and enemies and the overpowered weapons that inflicted great damage when accidentally used on allies amid the chaos of war.

After the last of the Walschorer had fallen, caBst raised the flag of Rhodes on the ruins of P.P.A.'s mansion, standing amid craters and ruins left by Taepodong. Salah and lootman, unwilling to accept the defeat, launched guerilla attacks on the occupiers before eventually retreating to and fortifying Jazeer al-Kafr—proclaimed (and disputed) annexed by the Katten Khaganate—bent to slay any invader.

A few players were banned for alleged cheating and unlawful killing after the battle was over.

Reactions

The Rhodes coalition congratulated each other with great joy and pure love.

Salah, ever-defiant, denied the defeat, and kept launching attacks against the occupiers.

P.P.A. was initially distraught, overwhelmed by the Mongols' superior fighting strength. But he soon recovered, and now looks forward to the Battle of Voelhaven.

Sidmarcus left the game before the battle was over, thus honoring his French blood and technically surrendering - Though he was the most effective fighter on the rebellion's side.

Bul Go Gi was awarded additional rations of 2 Rotten Flesh and 1 Potato from Kim Jong Bat.

Bremen once again is victorious.

Koinu admitted that he likes to be dominated.
