History/Description
The place currently consists of a mansion, but will later be a series of buildings meant for acquirement and management of resources.

Surroundings
With a large lake to the north, and the sea Baharna to the south, the settlement has access to plenty of water. It is also relatively close to an actively used End Portal, which is to the east.
