===== History =====
Due to the Arbiter heeding the requests in the server, a Shura Council has been declared and its members are the nation leaders.

===== Purpose =====
 The council will advise the Arbiter in matters of the server and can raise and discuss any issue. They and only they, can discuss it in the nation page. They can also create petitions regarding rules under “proposals:__” and place a link under “Pending Review” with the title of petition. 
Examples: [[proposals:ban_shako|ban shako]], [[proposals:demod_enton|demod_enton]], [[proposals:factions|factions]]. You can use the Voting system but it is not obligatory.
