By signing this pact, the [[nations:battx4|Federal Republic of Battkhortostan]] agrees to:
  * Officially relinquish all possible legitimate claims to West Rhodes' [[settlements:evergreen|Province of Evergreen-Perennalia]].
  * Officially abstains to bring up [[settlements:evergreen|Evergreen-Perennalia]] as a //casus belli// against the [[nations:merchant_republic_of_west_rhodes|Merchant Republic of West Rhodes]].

By signing this pact, the [[nations:merchant_republic_of_west_rhodes|Merchant Republic of West Rhodes]] agrees to:
  * Officially recognize the [[nations:battx4|Federal Republic of Battkhortostan]] as a sovereign and legitimate nation within the Realms of AlphaBernd.
  * Officially recognizes the [[nations:evergreen_republic|People's Democratic Socialist Republic of Evergreen]] as an historic and symbolic sub-division of the [[nations:battx4|Federal Republic of Battkhortostan]].
  * Officially abstains to bring up the [[nations:evergreen_republic|PDSR of Evergreen]] as a //casus belli// against the [[nations:battx4|Federal Republic of Battkhortostan]].

By signing this pact, both the [[nations:merchant_republic_of_west_rhodes|Merchant Republic of West Rhodes]] and the [[nations:battx4|Federal Republic of Battkhortostan]] agree to:
  * Formalize diplomatic relations between each other in order to bring peace between both Executive Governments.
